Summer reading programs for adults and teens

Summer Reading Information for Teens and Adults

This year our summer reading is going to look a little different. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are going to be having our programming virtually. We have a fully packed program for children’s, teens, and adults. Our classes are going to be kits, educational videos, and informational handouts. This year the theme of summer reading is “Imagine your Story”. The theme will be based on fairy tales and folk tales.

How does it work for teens and adults? Each week you come to the library and check out books you get an entry into the prizes. If you come all six weeks you get an entry into our grand prize. Programs will run each week for the whole six weeks. We will have combined programs for teens and adults and programs just for teens and just for adults. Sign up the week before for the programs and you can pick the kit up at the library. Some weeks will tie to the theme to our program. Each kit will come with education handouts and book lists.
