Join our Book Club as we discover the secrets to longevity based on Dan Buettner’s research, founder of Blue Zones Project. We’ll learn about the habits practiced by those living the longest and explore how we can apply those principles to our own lives.
The book, The Blue Zones Solution, Eating and Living Like the World’s Healthiest People by Dan Buettner, will be given to each participant.
WHEN: Thursdays, October 20th, 27th, and November 3rd and 10th.

- Thursday, October 27th: Making an American Blue Zones Part 1 (p. 63 – 99)
- Thursday, November 3rd: Making an American Blue Zones Part 2 (p. 101 – 148)
- Thursday, November 10th: Building Your Own Blue Zone (p. 151 – 227)
